2、保證車庫(kù)門(mén)電機(jī)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中有良好的潤(rùn)滑。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，車庫(kù)門(mén)電機(jī)運(yùn)行每5000小時(shí)左右，就要補(bǔ)充或更換潤(rùn)滑脂，若運(yùn)行中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸承過(guò)熱或潤(rùn)滑變質(zhì)時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)液壓或換潤(rùn)滑脂。更換潤(rùn)滑脂時(shí)，應(yīng)先舊的潤(rùn)滑油，并用汽油洗凈軸承及軸承蓋的油槽，然后將潤(rùn)滑脂填充在軸承內(nèi)外圈之間的空腔的1/2、2/3處。

2. Ensure that the garage door motor has good lubrication during operation. Generally speaking, the garage door motor needs to be replenished or replaced with lubricating grease every 5000 hours of operation. If bearings are found to be overheated or the lubrication deteriorates during operation, hydraulic pressure or lubricating grease should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing lubricating grease, the old lubricating oil should be removed first, and the oil grooves of the bearing and bearing cover should be cleaned with gasoline. Then, the lubricating grease should be filled in the 1/2 and 2/3 spaces between the inner and outer rings of the bearing.

3、大家當(dāng)車庫(kù)門(mén)電機(jī)的熱保護(hù)連續(xù)發(fā)生振動(dòng)時(shí)，必須要先查明故障來(lái)自哪個(gè)方向，看電機(jī)還是超負(fù)荷或保護(hù)裝置整定值太低的問(wèn)題，待故障后，才能投入正常運(yùn)行中。

3. When the thermal protection of the garage door motor continuously vibrates, it is necessary to first identify the direction of the fault, whether the motor is overloaded or the protection device setting value is too low. After the fault is eliminated, it can be put into normal operation.

4、一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)車庫(kù)門(mén)電機(jī)運(yùn)行的振動(dòng)及噪聲明顯增大時(shí)，就說(shuō)明電機(jī)軸承的壽命已到達(dá)極限，這時(shí)需要檢查軸承的徑向游隙是否達(dá)到相關(guān)數(shù)值，并及時(shí)更換新的電機(jī)軸承。

4. Once it is found that the vibration and noise of the garage door motor have significantly increased, it indicates that the service life of the motor bearings has reached its limit. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the radial clearance of the bearings has reached the relevant values and replace them with new motor bearings in a timely manner.

5、若車庫(kù)門(mén)電機(jī)發(fā)生故障，必須要拆卸時(shí)，軸伸端或非伸端處都可以取出轉(zhuǎn)子。若需要從定子中抽出轉(zhuǎn)子時(shí)，應(yīng)注意防止損壞定子的繞組或絕緣。

5. If the garage door motor malfunctions and must be disassembled, the rotor can be removed at both the shaft extension end and non extension end. If it is necessary to extract the rotor from the stator, attention should be paid to preventing damage to the stator winding or insulation.
